Hotelhousekeeping duties encompass the daily cleaning of guest rooms and public spaces, linen management, and the fulfillment of guest requests. Housekeepers ensure thehighest standards of hygiene and comfort, directly impacting guest satisfactionand the hotel's overall reputation.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Stripping beds, changing linens, making beds, and replacing used towels.
• Dusting furniture, polishing mirrors, and vacuuming or mopping floors.
• Sanitizing high-touch surfaces, including television remotes, doorknobs, and light switches.
• Thoroughly cleaning bathtubs, showers, sinks, and toilets.
• Removing trash, recycling, and used room service trays.

• Replenishing complimentary toiletries (e.g., soap, shampoo) and bathroom linens.
• Restocking in-room beverages, snacks, glassware, and paper supplies.
• Checking and restocking items like coffee and tea sachets.
