Mortgage Loan Officer

Position Overview As a Mortgage Loan Officer within PNC’s Mortgage organization, you will be based in Monmouth or Ocean County, NJ, and will support the company’s mission of delivering the best experience for customers while fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Job Description (Responsibilities) Recommend loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and client requirements. Manage a portfolio of customer relationships, seeking prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients; responsible for sales calls. Develop and prepare loan solutions, refer products and services, and review documentation to ensure compliance; manage customer pipeline for efficiency. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions. Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $37,440.00 – $37,440.00 Salary may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive‑eligible with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
