As a Landscaper/Crew Lead, you will primarily engage in hands-on landscaping while leading and coordinating medium to large residential landscaping crews. This role involves maintaining high standards of site preparation, equipment operation, and team management to ensure successful project completion. There are opportunities for career advancement into supervisory roles for motivated individuals.
Responsibilities
- Perform landscaping and site maintenance tasks
- Lead and coordinate crews of 5-10 or more members
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare and maintain job sites for residential projects
- Ensure team adherence to project timelines and quality standards
- Facilitate clear communication within the crew
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of landscaping experience
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in equipment operation
- Demonstrated team leadership skills
- Effective communication abilities
