What You'll Do As a Behavioral Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children, helping them develop important life, communication, and social skills. Our team provides training, support, and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed. What We\'re Looking For Passion for helping children and families Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable and dependable work ethic Basic computer skills or willingness to learn Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation Must be at least 18 years old Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed No Experience? No Problem! Previous experience working with children is helpful but not required College coursework in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field is a plus, but not necessary We provide the required 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training We will support qualified candidates through the RBT certification process Why Join Majestic Care ABA?
