Progressive Care Unit - Clinical Nurse

Provides direct patient care within a specialized tele-unit, focusing on cardiac and pulmonary patients in a high-performing hospital environment. The role involves assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, emphasizing patient safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, home care, and medication administration. Participates in activities that ensure patient safety, quality improvement, and professional development. Develops and documents individualized care plans with clear goals, communicating effectively across care teams. Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations. Qualifications & Skills Required: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree in Nursing, RN license. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
