Director, Product Management

Role Description

The Director, Product Management leads the vision, strategy, and execution for a portfolio of ATPCO products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, market trends, and evolving customer needs. This role is responsible for optimizing product capabilities to maximize customer and business value, driving innovation, and fostering collaboration across functions. The Product Director ensures lifecycle oversight, financial accountability, and effective integration of products into the wider organizational strategy, positioning ATPCO as a leader in the airline technology ecosystem.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Define and align the strategic vision for a product portfolio with ATPCO’s long-term goals and industry trends.
• Develop and execute portfolio strategies that balance innovation, market needs, and customer value.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and refine product positioning for differentiation.
• Optimize budgets, resources, and staffing to prioritize high-impact initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams (collaborating with commercial, strategy, marketing, finance, and technical teams) to ensure cohesive product development and effective stakeholder alignment.
• Mentor and develop product managers, and product management teams, fostering a customer-centric, Lean, and Agile mindset across the organization.
• Drive product enhancements that deliver business value, superior user experiences, and industry adoption.
• Oversee product lifecycles to ensure competitiveness and maximize customer and business value.
• Represent ATPCO as an industry leader, driving innovation and modernization to address evolving market needs.
