Targeting Analyst - CI Targeting Cell Support - Senior

Purpose and Impact: Amentum provides mission critical intelligence, counterintelligence, counterterrorism, digital forensics, and threat finance analysis across multi-functional teams supporting a global mission. Our analysts directly support the USACIC mission of Army CI/CT support through expert language and intelligence professionals. We employ teaming concepts in a fast-paced mission cycle providing analysts with the ability to operationalize intelligence throughout the world in near real-time. Amentum is seeking experienced Targeting Analysts to support counterintelligence targeting. This position will develop CI leads, based on the Group Synchronization Targeting Strategy, through open-source and classified source research; Develop targets and target systems for joint lethal and / or non-lethal engagements; Develop target nominations, create database records, and database target intelligence products; Produce all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments and assists with combat assessment requirements. Additionally, this role conducts collateral damage estimation, performs target list management, target strategy development, and provides joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements. Work Schedule: Position is Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, with core hours between 9am-3pm daily. Essential Responsibilities: Provide recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations. Provides database nominations, creates and updates database and uploads TMs into databases. Provide the leads to the Targeting Review Board (TRB) as a Target Nomination Package. Prepare and provide to the supported element Lead Tenders, Operational Support Packages, Program Profiles, and Target Development Packages as appropriate to highlight the operational potential where friendly and enemy elements intersect. Provide research, analysis and recommendations regarding liaison efforts with operational and support elements, external intelligence agencies, and external federal law enforcement elements to foster an environment of cooperation and sharing of information to better develop future products. Provide CI targeting methodologies training at the Fundamentals of Human Targeting Course (FHTC). Develop CI High Value Individuals (HVIs), based on the S2 and Command Group priorities, through open-source and classified source research. Provide specialized expertise in qualitative and quantitative analysis to provide an analytically derived, empirically supported, quantitative basis for decisions regarding targeting and other options to enhance the operational effectiveness of network attack efforts. Participate in production, indications and warning, targeting, imagery, network analysis, counterintelligence, information operations, foreign disclosure, international engagements and threat analysis. The contractor shall initiate and conduct research efforts; plan, coordinate, and synthesize research to produce all source intelligence products/responses. Provide research, analysis and recommendations regarding liaison efforts with operational and support elements, external intelligence agencies, and external federal law enforcement elements to foster an environment of cooperation and sharing of information to better develop future products. Provide specialized expertise in qualitative and quantitative analysis to provide an analytically derived, empirically supported, quantitative basis for decisions regarding targeting and other options to enhance the operational effectiveness of network attack efforts. Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands: General Office environment. The work environment is fast-paced and sometimes involves extreme deadline pressures. The nature of the work requires a high degree of teamwork and cooperation with other members of the staff as well as individuals across the Company and Customers. Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 12 years’ relevant intelligence analysis experience; with a portion of the experience within the last 2 years, or High school diploma and 20 years of relevant experience, or Associate Degree and 16 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience. Must have experience with all of the following: NGT, M3, RMT/WISE, CIA World Intelligence Review (WIRe), ENDECA, iCI, OSC, and HUMINT Online Tasking and Reporting (HOTR). Security Clearance Required: TS//SCI – willing to take a Polygraph if requested by the client Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 14 years’ relevant intelligence analysis experience; with a portion of the experience within the last 2 years, or High school diploma and 20 years of relevant experience, or Associate degree and 16 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience.
