Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Auburn Hills, Michigan Type: Contract Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: Monday - Friday: 8 am to 5 pm , Monday - Friday 1 hour lunch

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service with a customer-focused mindset, taking ownership of the order management process from initial entry to product delivery.
• Interface with customers, internal, and external partners to build successful relationships.
• Manage multiple SAP transactions including order entry, returns, credits/debits, quality notifications, outputs, deliveries/shipments, and invoices.
• Build relationships with the commercial team to exceed customer expectations.
• Analyze customer ordering patterns to anticipate needs and proactively address issues.
• Serve as a liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters (EDI/Capture/My DuPont).
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Review daily reports to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Investigate and resolve customer disputes efficiently, engaging with credit and sales teams as needed.
• Make decisions regarding customer returns within delegated authority.
• Relay relevant customer information to the account manager regarding forecasts, projects, or organizational changes.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset.
• Experience with SAP or equivalent systems.
• High School Diploma required; College degree preferred.
• Order entry experience and customer service background.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (subject to change).
