Position Overview

We are seeking warm, dependable, and professional In-Home Caregivers to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide essential daily support to elderly and/or disabled clients in their private residences. You will be a vital part of your clients' lives, helping them live safely and comfortably at home.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay:

$17.95 per hour with competitive wages

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, vacuuming, and dishwashing
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation to appointments
• Administer medication reminders and monitor for health changes
• Document care activities and report concerns to the supervising coordinator
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful home environment

Qualifications & Requirements

Required

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient nature
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with physical transfers

Preferred (Not Required)

• Previous caregiving, CNA, HHA, or related experience
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Experience working with dementia, Alzheimer's, or mobility-limited clients
• Bilingual abilities are a plus

Work Environment

Our caregivers work in clients' private homes throughout the Roseville area. Schedules may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on client needs. We do our best to accommodate your availability when building your schedule.
