This role combines platform operations, marketing strategy, and data analytics to drive revenue across multiple digital channels.### Key Responsibilities* Oversee daily operations and order management across Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, Amazon, DoorDash, and Costco platforms* Develop and execute weekly promotional campaigns in partnership with the marketing team* Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing daily data-driven recommendations to optimize channel revenue* Optimize product listings across all platforms — manage images, tags, attributes, and ensure SEO-optimized product descriptions* Create promotional content using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva (banners, product photography mock-ups, supplemental marketing materials)* Maintain regular communication with third-party platform representatives (bi-weekly) to address technical issues and improve platform performance* Conduct competitive analysis and develop affiliate marketing programs* Prepare monthly analytics reports with actionable insights for ongoing strategy refinement* Coordinate inventory management across all sales channels to ensure availability and prevent overselling### Requirements* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience* 3+ years of ecommerce or digital marketing experience* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)* Expert-level knowledge of ecommerce platforms, with demonstrated Shopify management experience* Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO optimization, and marketing automation platforms* Preferred: manufacturing or food industry experience### What's OfferedCompetitive salary $75,000–$95,000 annually.
