Guest Service Rep

Coho Oceanfront Lodge is seeking a friendly, professional Guest Service Representative to join our team. As a key point of contact for guests, you will help create a welcoming, smooth, and enjoyable stay from arrival through departure. Part-time and full-time positions are available. Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently using the property management system Respond promptly and courteously to guest questions, requests, and concerns Provide information about the lodge, local attractions, and available services Manage reservations, cancellations, room assignments, and related updates Process guest payments and maintain accurate transaction records Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and guest-ready Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to help resolve guest needs and support a positive guest experience Follow lodge policies, procedures, and service standards Qualifications Previous front desk, hotel, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with property management systems is helpful Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills A positive, professional, and service-focused approach Schedule: shifts may include, mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
