Project Management Analyst

Project Management Analyst

Be a liaison between Ford management, IT and plant staff. Populate, regularly update, and manage the program tracking documents. Provide weekly assessments to management on the status of the projects. Identify non-conforming events and develop recovery plans and/or corrective actions. Team leadership and collaboration: Direct cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on timing plans. Able to help resolve any problems or issues that may arise. Works with minimal supervision and able to function effectively in a matrix organization.

Skills Required: MS Office Suite applications (Word, Excel) Will be evaluated on their demonstrated proficiency in the following attributes: Interpersonal Skills, Self-Motivation, Diplomacy Maturity, Integrity

Additional Information: This is an onsite position.
