As a Non-Medical Caregiver/Personal Assistant , you'll have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of seniors, one person at a time. Our caregivers provide compassionate support that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Some clients are looking for companionship, help with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, or someone to enjoy conversation and activities with. Others may need assistance with mobility, personal care routines, medication reminders, and daily tasks to support their quality of life. This is a non-medical role focused on companionship, safety, and helping seniors maintain their independence and quality of life at home.

We also offer raises for longevity, Dementia Competence, and our Caregiver Lead positions. Our Caregivers can now earn up to $25 per hour!

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.

• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with seniors

• Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management

• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences

• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Requirements :

• Previous experience in caregiving preferred but not required.

• Compassionate and patient demeanor.

• Reliable transportation & valid driver's license.

• Proof of auto insurance with your name listed as a driver and a clean driving record.

• Ability to clear background check and drug screening.

• Dependability and integrity.
