Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: Gardena, CA 90249Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $33.00 - $37.95 HourlyJob Shift: DayStatement of Purpose Provides senior technical leadership for enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity operations supporting healthcare services. The positionleadsarchitecture design, disaster recovery planning, infrastructure security standards, and major technology initiatives affecting systems that store ortransmitregulated data including electronic protected health information. The role ensures infrastructure governance supports HIPAA, HITECH, 42 CFR Part 2, and security practices aligned with the NIST cybersecurity framework. Major Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities Designs enterprise infrastructure architecture supporting secure healthcare operations. Develops infrastructure security standards aligned with confidentiality, integrity, and availability principles. Oversee identity and access management architecture supporting least privilege and separation of duties. Leads disaster recovery design, business continuity planning, and recovery testing. Oversees enterprise backup architecture and restoration procedures. Coordinates inresponse to major cybersecurity incidents and infrastructure failures. Ensures infrastructure logging, monitoring, and audit evidenceto supportregulatory and security investigations. Overseemodifications to infrastructure andconfirmadherence toestablishedchange control processes. Evalues infrastructure technologies and security improvements. Provides technical oversight and mentorship tojuniorNetwork Administrators. Participate in safety programming to promote client and staff safety Maintain professional boundaries and standards. Treat clients with respect,care,and concern. Comply with confidentiality requirements at all times. Maintain health and safety standards of facility. Recognize personalbiases workingwithin diverse populations. Maintain cultural sensitivity at all times. Participatesor leads planning for network enhancements and strategic upgrades. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able tolift upto 25 pounds. Must be able to move and install computer equipment. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,advanceddegree,orassociatedegreewithcertifications. Preferred minimum of5yearsof IT support experience (Windows, Desktop, Networking, Data/Voice). Ability to work collaboratively and provide strong customer service. Possessesexpertisein network management, hardware and software upgrades, network design, and infrastructure planning for localareanetworks (LANs). troubleshootingnetwork outages andusertroubles and the ability to communicateclearly. Provide guidance to users regarding the proper response to suspicious emails and requests for confidential information. Possess proficiency in programming scripts to execute internal functions, along with a strong understanding of PowerShell. California Driver’s License required. Must have liability insurance if driving a personal vehicle on BHS business. Vision, hearing, verbal communication skills, manual dexterity,and eye-hand coordination must be adequate for performance of job duties.
