Acute Care Physical Therapist – Regional Medical Center | Max 8 Patients/Day Highlights/Benefits Major Non-Profit Hospital System (New Orleans / Gulf Coast area) Automatically qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Patient-centered model: Expected to see 7 to 10 patients per day maximum $10,000 to $15,000 Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance High-acuity caseload: ICU, severe ortho trauma, neuro, stroke, and complex post-op Work on a massive, highly collaborative acute team with dedicated rehab support staff Extensive 8-to-12 week structured onboarding process paired with a dedicated senior preceptor Flexible scheduling: Open to 4x10s or 5x8s Weekend Rotation: Minimal coverage required (paid at a premium overtime rate) Paid Time Off (PTO) = 21+ days annually to start Full-time, permanent position About the Physical Therapist Position Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care.
