Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting with efficiency and focus
• Accurate clinical note-taking and charting
• Room setup, breakdown, and sterilization
• Maintaining strict infection control protocols
• Turning over operatories quickly and organized
• Supporting smooth patient flow throughout the day
• Asking satisfied patients for reviews/feedback
• Following up with patients after treatment
• Following office systems, policies, and work standards
• Utilizing Eaglesoft for clinical charting, scheduling, and patient records
• Assisting chairside with restorative, implant, and Invisalign procedures

Requirements

What We Expect (Non-Negotiable)

• mandatory licensure (RDA, CDA, X-ray certification, BLS/CPR)
• minimum one year of experience at entry-level
• clinical skills like chairside procedures or radiographs

Compensation

• $20 to $25 per hour (based on experience and attitude)
• Growth and pay increases based on performance and reliability

Signing Bonus: $100
