Key responsibilities involve analyzing business requirements, collaborating with teams, and providing support for existing applications, often requiring expertise in SQL and PL/SQL. Key responsibilitiesDevelopment: Design and develop technical solutions, including reports (BI Publisher, OTBI), dashboards, integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services), and extensions (RICEW).Requirement analysis: Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Fusion Cloud modules like HCM, Finance, or SCM.Data management: Develop and manage data models using SQL and Oracle Fusion subject areas, ensuring data accuracy.Collaboration: Work with functional teams, stakeholders, and product owners to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.Support and troubleshooting: Provide post-production support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve client problems.Testing and documentation: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document report specifications, technical designs, and mapping documents. Required technical skills10+Reporting: Strong experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, and creating custom reports.10+Integrations: Proficiency in integration tools and concepts like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and Web Services.10+Data skills: Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.10+Extensions: Experience with RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Workflows) development.10+Cloud experience: Familiarity with Oracle PaaS offerings and their architecture is beneficial.10+Scripting: Experience with Fast Formula and VB scripting for specific modules like HCM is sometimes required. 6+ years of EBS R12 experience is must for data Migrations and conversionOther requirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Understanding of the software development lifecycle and quality control practices.
