You will provide in-person, one-on-one occupational therapy to children ages 2–12, many of whom are diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and receive ABA therapy alongside OT. Working side-by-side with BCBAs, RBTs, and families, you will help our kiddos build the fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills they need to thrive at home, in school, and in their communities.This is a full-time, salaried, clinic-based position. All patient care is delivered face-to-face in the clinic setting.What You'll DoConduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations using standardized and non-standardized assessments for children ages 2–12.Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable, functional goals, and update them based on progress and family priorities.Provide direct, one-on-one therapy targeting fine motor skills, gross motor coordination, sensory processing and regulation, motor planning, visual-motor integration, feeding, and self-care/ADLs.Collaborate daily with BCBAs, RBTs, and other team members to deliver integrated, whole-child care and align OT goals with each child's ABA treatment plan.Educate and coach parents and caregivers, providing home programs and strategies that carry progress beyond the clinic.Complete timely, accurate documentation — evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries — in compliance with payer, state, and clinic requirements.Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and clinic events.Maintain a safe, organized, engaging treatment environment and uphold HIPAA and the AOTA Code of Ethics.CompensationStarting salary of $85,000, based on experience.Weekly bonus opportunity — earned in addition to your base salary.Weekly pay.Benefits & PerksMedical, Vision, Dental, Short-Term Disability, Life Insurance, and supplemental insurance available after 30 days of full-time employment.18 days of PTO plus 6 paid holidays.$600 annual CEU budget.Licensure and recertification fees paid by Adapt For Life.Education Assistance Program: up to $2,000 per calendar year for tuition reimbursement (approved degree or certification programs related to behavioral health services) or student loan repayment.Direct support and mentorship from clinic and regional leadership.Focus on being a clinician — our Clinic Coordinator and Business Support teams handle the operations side.Work with leadership that lives our core values and likes to have fun in the workplace.Schedule & LocationFull-time, Monday–Friday daytime hours — no nights or weekends. New graduates with pediatric fieldwork are encouraged to apply.Training or interest in sensory integration, feeding therapy, or related specialty areas is a plus.Current CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire.Ability to pass a background check.Physical ability to actively engage young children: sitting and playing on the floor, kneeling, and safely lifting/supporting up to 50 pounds.
