Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts School Psychologist license required
• Experience supporting students across K–12 is preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education and behavior plans
• Commitment to cultural competence and creating inclusive environments
• Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or related field

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, observations, and evaluations
• Develop evidence-based intervention plans for academic and behavioral challenges
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to create student support strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations
• Promote positive mental health and support crisis intervention as needed
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
