Senior Voice Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Voice Engineer to design, deploy, administer, and support our Cisco voice and collaboration solutions. In this role, you will provide operational support for Cisco Unified Communications (UC) platforms, ensuring prompt incident response and efficient management of Cisco Contact Center solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design, deploy, and administer Cisco voice and collaboration solutions.
• Provide operational support for Cisco UC platforms and incident response.
• Support Cisco Contact Center solutions including Webex Contact Center and UCCX.
• Configure CUCM, Unity Connection, gateways, and SIP integrations.
• Administer InformaCast for mass notification and emergencies.
• Perform proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and health checks.

Required skills and qualifications include:

• 5+ years of experience supporting Cisco voice and collaboration solutions.
• Hands-on experience with CUCM, Webex Contact Center, UCCX, InformaCast, and CUBE.
• Strong understanding of Cisco CUCM, Unity Connection, SIP, and voice gateways.
• Knowledge of Webex Calling PSTN models, cloud and hybrid, SIP trunks, and porting.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, QoS, VLANs, WAN.
