Available Shifts

1. st Shift: 5:00am-3:30pm (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday)
2. nd Shift: 3:15pm-1:45am (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday)

Your day-to-day as a Production Lead Lead and support production staff to ensure efficiency and product quality Monitor and maintain run rates, product specifications, and safety standards Troubleshoot and solve problems on the fly in a fast-paced environment Keep production lines running smoothly while supporting team development Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous improvement Your skills and experience Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to direct respectfully Ability to multitask and remain effective under pressure Energetic, flexible, and detail-oriented team player Previous experience in manufacturing, customer service, food service, healthcare, or education is a plus Open to hands-on work and solving challenges creatively For immediate consideration for the Production Lead role, contact the BillView phone number on click.appcast.io) at ETS today.
