Now Hiring: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Full-Time AM/PM Shifts

Position Summary

As a CNA, you will be an essential part of our clinical team, helping residents maintain their comfort, dignity, and quality of life. You will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, person-centered care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide compassionate care while promoting resident independence and dignity
• Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Take and record vital signs as directed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Assist with meal service, hydration, and resident comfort measures
• Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and infection control guidelines
• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and other team members to ensure excellent resident outcomes

Qualifications

• Current and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and quality care
