What You'll Do:

• Evaluate and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans following regulatory standards
• Administer therapeutic procedures such as exercises, manual techniques, modalities, and use of assistive devices
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and evaluate outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare team members; communicate patient status effectively
• Provide discharge summaries and maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records
• Support supervision of PT assistants, aides, or students as needed
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and clinical conferences
• Ensure compliance with APTA and state practice acts and ethics

What You Need:

• Valid physical therapy license for Oklahoma
• Experience in long-term care or outpatient rehab highly preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
