Our interns work alongside experienced technicians, engineers, project managers, and electricians on projects that directly impact building comfort, safety, and efficiency. Internship opportunities include full-time summer internships and part-time roles during school breaks for local students within commuting distance of Conexus headquarters in Middletown, PA. What You'll Do: Work on Real Projects: Support active building automation and HVAC control projects that serve schools, hospitals, government, and commercial facilities. Rotate Through Departments: Gain exposure across multiple teams, from engineering and installation to project management and estimating, before focusing on your area of interest. Learn Hands-On: Assist with field work, system setup, documentation, and coordination while learning directly from experienced professionals. What You'll Need: Current enrollment in a technical, engineering, construction, or related program Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Interest in building automation, HVAC systems, or electrical systems Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Clear communication skills and attention to detail “The projects I work on are large projects using the latest technology in building automation.
