About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP - National Account Management to join their mission of transforming cancer care and improving the human condition. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and sustaining influential enterprise partnerships with oncology network alliances, national health plans, and federal healthcare systems. This role demands a high level of performance, operating at the C-suite and medical leadership level to create access, education, and pull-through opportunities that ultimately lead to increased testing volume. The VP - NAM will be at the forefront of the company's national initiatives, collaborating with various commercial teams to ensure that the impact of these initiatives is felt at the territory level. The position requires a self-motivated individual with a strong background in oncology, diagnostics, or life sciences, and a proven track record in national, strategic, or enterprise account management. Candidates for the VP - NAM role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant industry. The role demands a professional with the ability to build and sustain C-suite and senior clinical relationships, negotiate and implement enterprise agreements, and demonstrate exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. A strong understanding of the oncology market, including clinical genomics, reimbursement trends, and competitive activity, is essential. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, accountable, and capable of managing multiple complex accounts with minimal supervision. A preferred qualification is an advanced degree and experience with federal healthcare procurement or EHR integration initiatives. The role is remote-based and requires 75% business travel.
