Manager, Absence Management & Accommodations

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Manager of Absence Management Accommodation to lead the integrated accommodations program across the enterprise. You will oversee the Accommodations Specialist team, manage performance lifecycle, and ensure responses are compliant with FMLA, NJFLA, ADA/ADAAA, NJLAD, NJ Safe Act, and related laws while balancing a high‑quality employee experience. This hybrid role may require travel to HMH locations several times a month for team meetings, trainings, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Hackensack Meridian Health Inc.
