At least 2 years of experience in hospital MS setting. Neuro experience preferred. General medical and surgical units We see a diverse population of patients with varying diagnoses including chronic illnesses such as COPD, diabetes, CHF, end stage renal disease. We manage GI issues such as pancreatitis, bleeding, gastroparesis, inflammatory bowel diseases. We also manage infections such as pneumonia, cellulitis, sepsis, UTI, c-diff, etc. We may also care for patients with neurological issues such as stroke, dementia, traumatic brain injuries. We also have patients with mental health disorders including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, etc. Our patients will undergo procedures such as colonoscopies, thora and paracentesis, bronchoscopy, and minor surgeries (lap chole, incision and drainage, biopsies, amputation).
