Senior Living Life Plan Counselor

Lifespace Communities is seeking a compassionate Life Plan Counselor to help older adults and their families explore senior living and continuing care options. In this resident-first role, you will understand individual needs, explain independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing services, and guide families through care transitions and financial considerations. Collaborate with community teams to support informed decisions and a positive resident experience.
