We are seeking talented Mortgage Loan Officers to join our dynamic team. If you’re a driven Loan Officer who excels at refinance transactions, we want to hear from you!

• ** No state licensing or testing required — Loan Officers are exempt in all 50 states due to our FDIC-insured bank charter **

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate and close high-volume refinance mortgage loans
• Work exclusively with inbound leads — no cold calling required
• Counsel clients on refinance options, rates, and program benefits
• Analyze borrower credit, income, assets, and debt-to-income ratios for refinance qualification
• Submit complete refinance files for processing and underwriting
• Manage a high-volume refinance pipeline and close loans efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the refinance process
• Handle purchase loans when they arise (though our primary focus is refinances)

What You Bring:

• Active NMLS license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent mortgage loan origination experience
• Strong expertise in refinance transactions (conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, etc.)
• Proven track record of closing refinance loans consistently
• Ability to manage and grow a larger refinance pipeline
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Experience with Automated Underwriting Systems (DU/LP) preferred
• Positive attitude and team player mindset
