Sea Pointe Design & Remodel is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support our residential remodeling projects across Orange County.In this essential role, you will help ensure our production teams have the right materials, tools, and equipment—when and where they need them. From maintaining an organized warehouse to supporting job site deliveries and logistics, you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality remodeling projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.If you enjoy physical work, value teamwork, and take ownership of getting the job done right, this role is a great fit for you.Schedule: This is a part-time - temp role, working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.What You'll DoReceive, inspect, and document incoming construction materials, tools, and equipmentStore and organize materials to support ongoing remodeling and construction projectsPrepare, stage, and distribute materials for job sites and field crewsLoad and unload deliveries using pallet jacks, dollies, forklifts, and manual liftingKeep warehouse, yard, and storage areas clean, organized, and safe at all timesAssist with tool control, returns, and company asset trackingSupport job site mobilization and demobilization as neededDeliver construction materials, tools, and equipment to active job sitesAssist with warehouse organization, inventory management, and daily operationsMaintain company vehicles, equipment, and ensure safe operationFollow all Cal/OSHA safety requirements, company policies, and proper PPE usagePerform other duties as assigned to support warehouse and field operationsYou'll Be Great at This Job If You:Enjoy physical, active work and take pride in staying organizedAre dependable, punctual, and take ownership of your responsibilitiesThrive in a team-oriented environment supporting both warehouse and field crewsHave strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and materials handlingTake safety seriously and consistently follow best practices on the jobWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrior experience in warehouse, construction, or material handling preferredAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedlyAbility to stand, walk, bend, and work in physically demanding environmentsBasic math, organization, and record-keeping skillsFamiliarity with construction materials, tools, and equipment is a plusForklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain; experience requiredValid Class C Drivers LicenseSafety RequirementsAdherence to Cal/OSHA standards and all company safety policiesRequired use of personal protective equipment (PPE), gloves, steel-toe footwear, eye protection, and back support bracesProper use of ergonomic lifting techniques and material-handling safety practicesParticipation in safety training, meetings, and toolbox talksCompliance with company safety programs, including IIPP and hazard communication policiesWhy Join Sea Pointe?Work with a highly respected, established remodeling firm known for quality craftsmanshipBe part of a supportive, team-oriented environment that values safety and efficiencyGain hands-on experience in both warehouse and construction operationsJoin Our TeamIf you're an experienced designer with a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!
