We're a seed-stage B2B SaaS company working directly with clinic operators to automate the hardest parts of their revenue cycle: patient activation, insurance verification, and prior authorization. We move fast, operate lean, and hold a high bar for the quality of what we ship. You'll be expected to bring judgment, not just execution - and to push back when something doesn't make sense. Engineering here is an asset, not a support function.## The RoleWe're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who can own features end-to-end - from database schema to React UI - and contribute meaningfully across a modern, cloud-native stack. You'll work directly with the Head of Engineering on core platform development, integrations, and AI-powered automation workflows.This is a high-leverage, high-autonomy role at a company where engineers have direct visibility into how their work affects clinic success, patient access to care, and product strategy.## What You'll Work On* Core platform features - building and iterating on the Everbright SaaS platform (Python, C#, PostgreSQL, TS)* Agentic automation - patient eligibility and recruitment pipelines, automated benefit verification and prior auth.* Integrations - working with payer APIs, EHR data, pharmacy/medication data, 3rd party clinical agents.* Infrastructure and reliability - AWS-hosted services, secure data handling under HIPAA, and building systems that clinic operators depend on daily.* Product thinking - contributing to technical scoping, architecture decisions, and engineering strategy in a small, collaborative team.## What We're Looking For**Required*** Strong backend proficiency, building APIs / middleware / web frameworks.* Solid SQL and relational database design.* Comfortable building and maintaining frontends.* Comfortable troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines.* Ability to own a feature from schema to UI with minimal hand-holding.* Track record of driving technical decisions, not just executing them.* Clear written communication - we document decisions, write specs, and async well.**Strong Plus*** Experience in health tech.* Familiarity with HIPAA compliance requirements and PHI handling practices.* Prior work with LLM APIs or AI workflow design.## What We Offer* Base salary: $150,000* Great health, dental, and vision coverage* Flexible work environment (Denver metro preferred but not required)* Direct access to leadership and product decision-making from day one.* The opportunity to build something that measurably improves access to mental health treatments. #J-18808-Ljbffr S27a
