Empower K-12 students to thrive by providing expert physical therapy services across multiple school locations within close proximity. This contract opportunity is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about supporting students’ mobility and functional independence in a dynamic educational environment. With a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, you'll work itinerantly, focusing on one school site per day and making a meaningful difference for the remainder of this school year through June 2027.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current, active Physical Therapist license in the state of South Carolina
• Previous experience working with K-12 students or within school settings is highly valued
• Strong understanding of therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, and IEP documentation
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work alongside educators, families, and other specialists
• Ability to travel between assigned schools (all within close proximity)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
• Deliver direct physical therapy services as outlined in each student’s IEP
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support students’ educational goals
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and comply with school documentation requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student outcomes
