Machine Assembler Opportunity

Join one of Cincinnati's top five places to work — multiple years running! Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated machine assembler to join their award-winning team. This is a full-time, first-shift position with steady hours, a collaborative environment, and optional overtime when available.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect cables, tubes, and wiring according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• File, lap, and buff parts to fit using hand and power tools.
• Inspect, test, and adjust completed units to ensure they meet all specifications and customer requirements.
• Measure parts to determine tolerances using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, verniers).
• Position, align, and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of assembly or other mechanical experience.
• Proficient with hand, air, and power tools.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks under time constraints.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and high energy level.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.

Schedule & Compensation

• Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Overtime: Typically not required but available when needed.
• Pay: $17–$20 per hour, based on experience.
