Maintenance Supervisor Are you good at fixing things and leading a team? Do you enjoy keeping communities running smoothly and helping others? If so, we want you on our team! What You Will Do Lead the maintenance team – Supervise and support a skilled crew across one or more communities. Coordinate daily operations – Schedule tasks, ensure homes are ready to rent, oversee after‑hours assignments, and complete service orders on time. Stay on budget – Develop and follow maintenance budgets while monitoring spending. Inspect and maintain the community – Oversee preventative maintenance schedules, conduct property inspections, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Foster strong relationships – Work with residents, team members, and vendors to create a well‑maintained, welcoming environment. Ensure compliance and safety – Follow policies and company, local, state, and federal guidelines. Tackle special projects – Assist with additional responsibilities and property improvements as needed. What You Bring To The Team Strong leadership skills – Experience in managing, training, and motivating a maintenance team. Technical expertise – Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, masonry, carpentry, and HVAC systems. Problem‑solving abilities – Able to handle emergencies and high‑pressure situations confidently. Dependability and flexibility – Available for emergency repairs when needed. Ability to perform physical tasks – Able to climb up to 40 feet, lift heavy objects, distinguish colors, and work in various conditions. Employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. Eligible employees must be at least 21 years old and have worked for the company for at least 60 days. Paid time off – Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year. 11 paid holidays per year. After six months of employment, you are eligible for four weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver or two weeks as a secondary caregiver. After two years, you are eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave as a primary caregiver. Tuition reimbursement – Up to $5,000 per year of pre‑approved tuition expenses reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates before 24 months. Capacidad para realizar tareas físicas – Capacidad para subir hasta 40 pies, levantar objetos pesados, distinguir colores y trabajar en diversas condiciones.
