The Converse Home is a warm and welcoming assisted living community in downtown Burlington, dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Our mission is to create a nurturing, safe, and joyful environment where residents can truly thrive. We're currently looking for compassionate and friendly individuals to join our dining team as Servers. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with the same residents each day, build meaningful connections, and make mealtimes a highlight of their day.
Position Details:
- Schedule: dinner shift Saturdays 3:307:00 PM.
- Serve meals in a professional, caring manner to residents and guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and kitchen service areas.
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide an excellent dining experience.
- Bring a positive attitude and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
What We're Looking For:
- A friendly, team-oriented personality.
- A passion for providing great service.
- Reliability and attention to detail.
- Prior food service experience is helpful, but we're happy to train the right person!
