Class A CDL OTR Truck Driver

10-4 Logistics USA is actively hiring full-time W-2 company drivers to run dry van freight across our over-the-road (OTR) network. Dispatching from our Greensboro terminal hub, this position is designed for solo drivers seeking premium equipment, reliable miles, and consistent weekend home time. Required Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).

• 1-Year of verifiable OTR or Regional tractor-trailer experience within the last 2 years.

• Proven professionalism and a strong commitment to highway safety standards.

Fleet Responsibilities

• Safely transport dry van freight across our national 48-state shipping lanes.

• Efficiently manage pre-loaded and drop-and-hook customer freight with zero load touch.

• Perform routine daily pre-trip and post-trip commercial vehicle safety inspections.

• Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) hours-of-service records in accordance with safety regulations.

Structured Compensation & Rewards

• Experienced Driver Pay: Top-tier earning potential of $1,750 to $2,000 weekly average, paying a highly competitive $0.71 CPM.

• Refresher Pay Phase: We offer a guaranteed weekly flat training rate of $1,200 for qualified drivers transitioning back to active OTR operations.
