Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Technician

Join a leading commercial HVAC team in the DFW area, troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing large-scale HVAC and refrigeration systems for commercial clients.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to support commercial customers throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This is a hands-on field service role focused on diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring commercial HVAC systems operate efficiently and reliably. The ideal candidate has a strong service background, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
Perform component replacements, system repairs, and equipment changeouts
Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues
Respond to service calls and provide effective solutions for customers
Ensure equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable standards
Complete service documentation and communicate findings and recommendations to customers
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service

Required Qualifications

5+ years of HVAC and refrigeration experience
Experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC systems
Experience working on large commercial HVAC equipment (25+ ton systems preferred)
Experience performing component replacements and repairs
EPA Universal Certification
Background in a service-focused HVAC role rather than solely preventative maintenance
Strong communication and customer service skills
