• Oversee all Sub-Station II \\ Restaurant operations and team members and ensure compliance with company policies and DHEC requirements
• Manage food counts, ordering products, monitoring labor, maintaining inventory and increasing profitability.
• Coaching and training team members
• Assist in any additional duties assigned
• Ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience for our guest!
