Position Overview

We are seeking a Civil Project Engineer to support the planning, design, and permitting of land development projects throughout Northeast Florida.

This position is ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands-on design work, wants greater ownership of projects, and is looking for a long-term growth opportunity within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and coordinate civil engineering designs for land development projects
Design grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility, and site development improvements
Assist with permitting and agency coordination
Perform engineering calculations and technical analysis
Collaborate with our Civil 3D design team to develop construction plans
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and review agencies
Support project management activities and project delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
2–6 years of civil engineering experience preferred
Land development experience strongly preferred
EIT certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
Experience with site design, grading, drainage, and utility design
Working knowledge of Civil 3D
Strong communication and organizational skills
