Position: Barista/Server

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:  

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, desserts and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.  

- Bake and Serve desserts for catering events and diner

- Prepare and set-up coffee stations and lunch/box lunches for catering events.

- Assist with serving diner breakfast and Lunch when needed. 

- Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and provide menu recommendations.  

- Handle cash register operations and process payments accurately.  

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, equipment, and front-of-  house.  

- Restock supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels.  

- Follow health and safety regulations consistently.  

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.  

- Promote and upsell products to enhance sales.

Qualifications: 

- Previous experience in a customer service or food/beverage environment is a plus.  

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.  

- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.  

- Passion for coffee and customer service.

Physical Requirements: 

- Standing for long periods.  

- Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds.
