School Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

School Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position in Surprise, Arizona for a 36-week contract. The role supports student health during school hours, including transportation, medication administration, record keeping, and wellness education. Candidates must hold an LPN license and have at least one year of related experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support 1:1 student health needs during school hours, including bus transportation
• Administer medications and provide basic first aid as required
• Monitor student health conditions and communicate with school staff and parents
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation
• Assist with health education and promote wellness initiatives within the school setting

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Must be able to ride the bus for 1:1 student supervision
• Strong communication, adaptability, and reliability skills
• Physical stamina for day shift
• Background check as required
