Average Earning Potential: Drivers average $15.00 - $20.00 per hour total. Annual Potential: You could earn $30,000 - $40,000 annually. Tip Breakdown: Drivers average $3-$4 per delivery (approx. 2-3 deliveries per hour). Between your hourly road pay and tips, you can average between $15.00-$18.00/hour while driving plus your mileage reimbursement! What You’ll Be Doing (Beyond Driving) Safely and quickly delivering orders to customers in the local area. Answering phones and accurately taking customer orders. Processing payments and handling transactions accurately. Providing exceptional, friendly customer service with a positive attitude. Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, including washing dishes, sweeping/mopping, etc. Assisting the in-store team when not on the road. Qualifications At least 18 years-old with a valid U.S. Driver’s License for a minimum of one year (not including permit). Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance.li> A clean driving record (no more than 3 violations in 3 years). Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. Reliable team players who are ready to hustle and uphold our standards. Access to a smart phone to track deliveries. Excellent sense of direction and knowledge of the local area. Able to pass a standard Background Check.
