The engineering team is expected to continuously improve processes and equipment to ensure exemplary device performance, yield, and quality, while partnering with Product Engineering and R&D to provide effective introduction of multiple industry-leading product and process introductions.The Day-to-Day Challenge the team to drive best in class technical performance, yield, and qualityDefine and execute experiments using DoE methodology, analyzing data with sound statistical methodologies, all to drive process, efficiency, and quality improvementsUse skills in predictive failure mode identification and problem-solving, aligned to automotive standard methodologies, to benefit the introduction and sustaining of innovative technologiesPresent technical data and project updates to peers and management in both casual and formal environments. Travel occasionally to various manufacturing sites and vendor locations to learn and share knowledgeExhibit strong communication and relationship building skills to ensure crisp execution on projects, with high efficiency and quality. Actual pay for a hired applicant will be determined based on the individual’s job-relevant qualifications, experience, and other determinative factors.
