Senior Associate, Regulatory Affairs

Corcept Therapeutics seeks a Senior Associate in Regulatory Operations to support regulatory submissions and compliance activities. The role involves managing electronic submissions to health authorities, maintaining regulatory systems, and collaborating across departments in a Redwood City headquarters setting.

Responsibilities

• Compile, format, and publish electronic regulatory submissions to health authorities
• Maintain Veeva Vault RIM system and ensure regulatory records are current
• Support quality control review of regulatory documents prior to submission
• Manage submission tracking and communicate weekly/monthly updates to the Regulatory group
• Maintain regulatory submission templates and style guides

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical regulatory experience
• Veeva Vault system experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities

Compensation: $125,600-$177,300
