Part Time Marketing Coordinator

Role Description: The Part Time Marketing Coordinator will support day-to-day marketing activities that enhance brand visibility and client engagement for Unique A Real Estate Collective. Duties include coordinating/creating various marketing materials, assisting with email campaigns, and maintaining marketing materials and listings. The Marketing Coordinator will also ensure consistent brand messaging and collateral. This role works with the Director of Marketing. Qualifications: Strong Communication and Writing skills for client-facing messaging and marketing content Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks Knowing the Asheville area a plus, but not required Local ability preferred, but not required Part time position: 15-20 hours/week availability If you love bringing homes and their stories to life through design and want to help shape the brand for a growing company, we'd love to hear from you!
