Manager, Contracts – Kuwait PATRIOT Program

What You Will Do

• Provide sound skills to meet customer obligations, achieve company objectives, and comply with company policies.
• Act as key contributor during pre‑proposal strategy, proposal development, negotiation, and start‑up phases of programs.
• Analyze Requests for Proposal (RFP), develop proposals, conduct proposal reviews and coordination.
• Negotiate contractual agreements, execute contracts, and administer contracts.
• Work closely within cross‑functional teams to construct, submit, and negotiate Terms and Conditions and pricing proposals.
• Effectively manage scope and terms to ensure work is performed to overall contract requirements.
• Provide guidance on contractual and business issues, advise management of contractual rights and obligations, and mitigate contractual/program risks.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and internal partners.
• Travel domestically or internationally to customer locations as required.

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years relevant experience; or advanced degree and minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• Experience in Contracts Administration, Program Management, Supply Chain Management, or Finance.
• Experience with US Government contracts under FAR and/or DFARS.
• Preference for experience with Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Fixed Price Incentive Fee (FPIF), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract types.
• Demonstrated ability to develop effective relationships with customers and internal partners.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills, thorough analytical skills, excellent interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable to a variety of business situations with strong time‑management and organization skills.
• Juris Doctor or MBA is a plus.

Salary

USD 107,500 – 204,500 per year (good‑faith estimate based on experience).
