Manager, Contracts – Kuwait PATRIOT Program Location: Tewksbury, MA, USA Job Type: Onsite U.S. Citizenship: Required What You Will Do Provide sound skills to meet customer obligations, achieve company objectives, and comply with company policies. Act as key contributor during pre‑proposal strategy, proposal development, negotiation, and start‑up phases of programs. Analyze Requests for Proposal (RFP), develop proposals, conduct proposal reviews and coordination. Negotiate contractual agreements, execute contracts, and administer contracts. Work closely within cross‑functional teams to construct, submit, and negotiate Terms and Conditions and pricing proposals. Effectively manage scope and terms to ensure work is performed to overall contract requirements. Provide guidance on contractual and business issues, advise management of contractual rights and obligations, and mitigate contractual/program risks. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and internal partners. Travel domestically or internationally to customer locations as required. Qualifications University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years relevant experience; or advanced degree and minimum 5 years relevant experience. Experience in Contracts Administration, Program Management, Supply Chain Management, or Finance. Experience with US Government contracts under FAR and/or DFARS. Preference for experience with Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Fixed Price Incentive Fee (FPIF), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract types. Demonstrated ability to develop effective relationships with customers and internal partners. Professional written and verbal communication skills, thorough analytical skills, excellent interpersonal skills. Adaptable to a variety of business situations with strong time‑management and organization skills. Juris Doctor or MBA is a plus. Salary USD 107,500 – 204,500 per year (good‑faith estimate based on experience). Benefits Medical, dental, vision, life insurance.
