Bank Teller: Customer Experience & Financial Wellness

Northwest Bank in North Ridgeville is seeking a dedicated Northwest Teller to join our retail network team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service by efficiently processing transactions and addressing inquiries. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and customer service experience. Responsibilities include balancing the teller drawer, engaging with customers to meet their needs, and participating in team meetings.
