Barracuda is seeking an AI Content Manager to accelerate our content production engine and scale high‑quality marketing assets. We’re looking for a rockstar content strategist who can expertly leverage AI to produce SEO, AEO, and AIO‑optimized content that performs across modern search and LLM ecosystems. You will lead the creation, optimization, and refresh of website content engineered for SEO, AEO, and AIO performance, ensuring Barracuda’s digital footprint is fully discoverable, extractable, and aligned with evolving search and LLM behaviors.

This role blends traditional writing excellence with modern AI fluency – combining prompt engineering, AEO/AIO strategy, and human‑in‑the‑loop editorial judgment to produce content that is accurate, impactful, and on‑brand. You bring cybersecurity writing experience and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

The ideal candidate is equal parts writer, strategist, and systems thinker. You’re a skilled writer who knows how to guide LLMs and build repeatable processes that scale output without sacrificing clarity, precision, or brand voice. You operate as a collaborative and proactive, self-starter – someone who takes initiative, drives projects forward independently, and consistently delivers.

You will partner closely with corporate marketing, website, social media, demand generation, creative, and product marketing teams to produce content that strengthens SEO performance, enhances AEO/AIO extractability, and improves how Barracuda appears across the global digital ecosystem.

 

What you’ll be working on

• Website Copy – Create high‑quality, SEO/AEO/AIO- optimized website copy, structured‑data‑friendly content, and AI‑extractable assets. Lead systematic copy updates to existing pages with a focus on semantic alignment, extractability, clarity, and conversion performance.

• Blogs – Produce AEO/AIO- optimized education articles, threat insights, customer stories, and thought leadership that elevate Barracuda’s expertise.

• Customer Case Studies – Create AEO/AIO‑optimized case studies that craft compelling, conversion‑ready customer narratives.

• Marketing Collateral Editing – Refine eBooks, brochures, product data sheets, event promotions, and more for AEO/AIO, clarity, accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.

• Webinar & Campaign Content – Develop AEO/AIO‑optimized abstracts, registration‑page copy, and multi‑email promotional sequences that drive engagement and conversion.

• AI ‑ Accelerated Production – Leverage AI tools to increase speed, consistency, and output while maintaining Barracuda’s brand voice, accuracy, and quality standards.

• Editorial Review & Quality Oversight – Strengthen AI‑generated outputs by ensuring factual accuracy, eliminating bias, improving clarity, and aligning tone with Barracuda’s brand voice.

• Workflow Automation – Build reusable prompts, templates, and SOPs that streamline content production and support scalable publishing pipelines.

What you bring to the role.

• AEO/AIO Optimization Skills – Strong knowledge of AEO/AIO best practices and d emonstrated ability to create optimized, AI‑extractable assets that perform across modern search and LLM ecosystems.

• High ‑ Volume Execution – Proven capacity to produce content at scale using AEO/GEO platforms, while maintaining clarity, precision, and brand alignment; Ideal candidate has worked with Profound or a competitor.

• AI Fluency – Hands‑on experience with copy generation tools, LLMs, and prompt‑based workflows that accelerate production without sacrificing quality.

• Writing Expertise – 7+ years of e xperience producing high‑quality cybersecurity content grounded in strong copywriting or journalism fundamentals.

• Sharp Storytelling Skills – Ability to translate technical concepts and customer success narratives into clear, compelling, audience‑appropriate language.

• Exceptional Editing Skills – Meticulous copyediting and proofreading abilities with strong attention to detail, consistency, and accuracy.

• Brand Stewardship – Ability to adapt AI‑generated and human‑written content to Barracuda’s tone, style, and messaging frameworks.

• Curiosity & Adaptability – Thrives in a fast‑moving environment, learns quickly, and embraces experimentation with new AI tools and techniques.
