Job Summary:
An established auto welding company in Penn Yan, NY is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Technicians to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling automotive welded components and sub-assemblies according to quality standards and production schedules. The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and works well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble welded automotive components and sub-assemblies per work instructions and blueprints

• Inspect parts for quality and fit during assembly

• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively

• Follow production schedules to meet daily and weekly goals

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes

• Report any quality or production issues promptly

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience a plus

• Basic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity

• Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic blueprints

• Comfortable using hand and power tools

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Reliable with strong work ethic and good attendance

Benefits:

• Starting pay at $18.00+ per hour, based on experience
