Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse specializes in telemetry care, providing comprehensive nursing services to patients with cardiac conditions. This role involves monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and coordinating patient care to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patient conditions and establish individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient cardiac rhythms and vital signs using telemetry equipment.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families on disease management and recovery processes.
  
  
• 
  Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuous, quality patient care.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Current RN license with active certification.
  
  
• 
  At least 2 years of telemetry nursing experience.
  
  
• 
  Proficient in cardiac monitoring and telemetry equipment.
  
  
• 
  Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
  
  
• 
  BLS and ACLS certifications required.
